This page says what PezonsIT LLC collects on pezonsit.com, why, and how to ask us to delete it. The studio is at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Who this applies to
It applies to people who write to us, order a project, or use the chat on this site. It does not describe a product you later run for your own customers. If we build a site or an app for you, you are the one who must tell your users how that product handles their data.
What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email, phone, and the message you type. The order form collects the same details plus the service you chose (Website only, Apps only, or Web + Apps), the budget, and the project note. LipoChat, the live chat on these pages, collects the messages you send there, and any name or email you type into the chat. If you call +1 307-219-4243 or +44 7868721023, we have the number you called from and whatever you tell us on the call.
We do not ask for a social security number or a card number on these forms. Card payments, when you use checkout, are handled by the payment page you are sent to. We do not store your card on this site.
Why we use it
We use those details to reply and to deliver the project you asked for: to confirm the scope, to ask a question, to send a file, and to reach you if something in the build needs a decision. We also use them to keep a record of what was ordered, in case there is a dispute about the scope or a refund.
Where it is sent
The contact form and the order form send the message to support@pezonsit.com. Staff at PezonsIT LLC read that mailbox. Chat messages are handled through LipoChat so we can answer in the widget. We do not sell personal data. We do not pass your name, email, or project note to a data broker.
Advertising
The public pages that use this design do not run an ad network. There is no advertising script placed on them to follow you across other sites. If an older checkout or account page still exists for payment, it is there to take an order, not to show ads on the pages described here.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to finish the work, to meet a tax or accounting duty, or to answer a dispute. A casual question that never becomes an order can be deleted sooner. Hosting accounts are kept while the account is open and for a short period after it closes, so a restore is possible if you ask in time.
A copy or deletion
You can ask for a copy of the contact and order details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them. Email support@pezonsit.com with the address you used on the form. We will delete what we are not required to keep for a payment, a refund dispute, or the law. If a message sits inside a paid order that is still open, we may keep the project note until that order is closed.
If you used chat, say so in the email and include the name you used in the widget so we can find the thread.
