What is being sold

PezonsIT sells custom software and a smaller catalog of ready-made products. Custom work is website development, app development, or both. Website only starts at $5,000. Apps only starts at $5,000. The combined Web + Apps package runs from $15,000 to $150,000. Ready-made work stays on its own prices: scripts from $45, promotions from $50, and hosting from $10 a month. A named catalog item, such as a specific template or script, is sold at the price shown on that product page.

A custom project is a build for the requirements you send. It is not a license to every future feature, and it is not hosting unless hosting is written into the scope.

How an order is placed

You place a custom order on the order form. Choose Website only, Apps only, or Web + Apps, set a budget inside that service’s range, and send your name, email, phone, and project note. The form emails support@pezonsit.com. You can also write through the contact form or the LipoChat widget on the site. Ready-made products use the order button on their own page, which leads to checkout or to login when an account is required.

Sending the form is a request. It is not a paid invoice and it does not start the build by itself.

Budgets

The budget you choose is the range you want the work to fit. Website only and Apps only must be from $5,000 to $150,000. Web + Apps must be from $15,000 to $150,000. If the requirements do not fit the budget, we say so before work starts and we either narrow the scope or stop. We do not raise the price in the middle of a confirmed scope without your written agreement.

When work starts

Work starts after you have sent the requirements and we have confirmed the scope in writing: what will be built, what will not, the budget, and the delivery window. A message that only says “build me a site” is not a confirmed scope. We will ask for the missing pieces before the clock starts.

Delivery windows

When the confirmed scope fits a short build, the full project can be ready within 7 days. Larger scopes are planned for about 30 days or about 3 months. The window is part of the confirmation, not a guess after the deadline has passed. Days when we are waiting on content, logins, or a decision from you do not count as delay on our side.

What you are responsible for

You provide the requirements, the words and images you want used, and access to accounts we need, such as a domain registrar or an app store. You confirm that you have the right to use that material. You reply to questions in reasonable time. You review the build when we hand it over and tell us, in writing, what is wrong against the confirmed scope.

If the requirements change

A change after confirmation is a new scope. We will say what it does to the budget and the date before we build it. Work already finished against the old scope stays billable. We are not obliged to absorb a new product, a new platform, or a new set of pages inside the original budget.

Intellectual property after payment

After you have paid for the confirmed custom scope, you receive the right to use the delivered site or app for your own business. PezonsIT keeps the right to reuse general methods, layouts that are not unique to your brand, and tools we already owned. Ready-made templates and scripts are licensed for your use as sold. They are not an exclusive assignment of the product, and you may not resell the raw package as your own catalog item.

Until the agreed payment is received, the files stay with PezonsIT.

Acceptable use

You may not use a PezonsIT product, a hosted account, or a custom build to break the law, to attack other systems, or to publish material you do not have the right to publish. We can refuse or stop work that asks us to do that. Hosting that is used for abuse can be suspended. Suspension for abuse is not a reason for a refund of the period already used.

Limitation of liability

We do the work described in the confirmed scope. We do not promise a particular sales figure, search ranking, or app-store approval. Those depend on your offer, your content, and third parties. If we are liable for a mistake in the delivered work, the liability is limited to the amount you paid PezonsIT for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data you did not ask us to back up, or delays caused by a registrar, an app store, a payment processor, or a host you chose outside our plans.
